Creative Spark: Higher Education Enterprise Programme

    Creative Spark: Higher Education Enterprise Program – is the role of higher education and advanced training in creating a culture of creative entrepreneurial thinking, as well as uniting joint projects in creative entrepreneurship sphere. The project involves 120 participants from 7 countries of the world (Uzbekistan, Georgia, Ukraine, Kyrgyzstan , Kazakhstan, Armenia and the United Kingdom). A discussion are be held on national policies, strategies and program implementation between the countries participating in the project and the UK, stock exchange partnership plans between universities and other organizations, as well as agreed principles and future topics of the program.
     The project discusses issues of joint activities, as well as current projects on the following topics:
1. Coordination of a detailed action plan and functions, as well as the responsibilities of each partner questions on the conduct of various scientific events in tourism industry between the universities partners;
2. The specifics of the organization of the reception of tourists, the use of information and communication technologies, marketing and management issues, specific problems, etc;
3. Exchange of best practices of international partnerships;
4. Coordination of the methodology of the student competition between the participating countries;
5. A review of current policies and sectoral analysis of the seven countries participating in the program.
     Visualization of various partnership models was carried out, examples of projects from the Creative Spark partnership were presented, and monitoring and evaluation of reports based on data provided by the Silk Road University were carried out.
     Often conducted webinars among program participants, where the implementation and development of the program is provided.
     The project also develops action plans and stages of the project, including a study of the labor market, identifying the specific needs of small business and private entrepreneurship, new educational programs, organizing competitions of creative spark of creative thinking and entrepreneurship among students, and much more.
In addition, as part of this grant for the study of the English language, contacts were established with 200 students from Urgench State University, where the head is Dr.Sc. Bakhtiyor Ruzimetov, as well as with 100 students of Bukhara State University, where the head is Ph.D., associate professor Abror Zhuraev; with 100 students of the Samarkand State University, Faculty of Economics and Business, headed by Dr. of Economics Bakhtiyor Safarov. For learning English, a toolkit was created and a platform among all the above-listed students as part of the project a competition for the best innovative idea was announced. “Start-up” which will be held among 35 organizations of institutions involved in the project participating countries (Georgia, Ukraine, Kyrgyzstan, Kazakhstan, Armenia, United Kingdom and Uzbekistan).

     The results of the first competition will be held in March.
