     The personnel department of the International University of Tourism “Silk Road” is an integral part of the university. The department operates in accordance with the Legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan, Decrees of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan, Decrees of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan, orders of the Ministry of Higher and Secondary Special Education of the Republic of Uzbekistan, Labor Code of the Republic of Uzbekistan, orders of the Rector of the University, Charter and relevant provisions and University standards.

    The personnel department organizes the activities of the faculty, educational support and financial and economic staff of the university in accordance with internal rules, labor discipline, job descriptions and other rules of the university.

The functions of the department:

  •  hiring and dismissal of faculty staff, teaching auxiliary, as well as the financial and economic composition, changes in official and staff units, granting a work leave and early review of work from leave, granting leave at their own expense, hiring on a competitive basis, determining the time for attestation;
  •  monitoring the conclusion of employment contracts with each employee employed, as well as the preparation of orders relating to their activities;
  •  formation of a stock of leading personnel and making proposals for them;
  •  preparation and making proposals on the faculty, their labor discipline, as well as the prevention of personnel diversion to the university rector;
  • To be in contact with higher organizations on personnel matters;
  • organization of  recommendation work about  staff and employees for state awards to the ministry and relevant organizations;
  • preparation of certificates for the faculty, educational and financial support and economic staff of the university and control over the extension of their validity period;
  • approval of faculty signatures, issuance of certificates;
  • maintaining labor records, the implementation of their proper accounting, as well as their timely issuance in the event of employment contract termination;
  • maintaining statistical records in the prescribed manner of faculty, educational support and financial and economic structure;
  • The organization of conducting in accordance with established procedure, the formation of personal files, personal leaflets (T-2 form), personal lenses of the faculty, educational support and financial and economic structure;
  • implementation of the staffing of the university activities on the basis of the staffing, in cooperation with the financial and economic department;
  • provision of information about the availability of vacancies in the regional employment center;
  • Delivery to the university archive of personal, regulatory and employees’ documents stored in the department;
  • following to the norms and rules of education, internal order, labor discipline in communication with employees and departments.
