The order of monitoring and evaluation of students' knowledge at the "Silk Road" International Tourism University
     Procedure for Monitoring and Evaluation of Students' Knowledge at the International Silk Road International Tourism University, dated August 9, 2018, of the Ministry of Higher and Secondary Special Education of the Republic of Uzbekistan "Supervision and Evaluation of Students in Higher Education Institutions (approved by the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Uzbekistan on September 26, 2018, № 3069) 19-2018, the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan " was held on September 29, 2018 and approved by the Academic Council of the University on September 29, 2018.
     This Order determines the requirements for the preparation of intermediate and final stages of students' knowledge assessment, evaluation of student knowledge and the quality of their registration.
I. General provisions
1. This course is to control and evaluate the knowledge of students who are enrolled in the 2018-2019 academic year
is applied.
2. Professor-teachers must introduce students to the requirements of this Order at the first training session.
3. In the assessment of students' knowledge, qualification practices, coursework, science (interdisciplinary) state certification shall apply criteria of assessment established in the same order.
II. Types of controls and assessment criteria
4. The control of students' knowledge at the University is carried out through the intermediate and final control types.
5. Relevant subject teachers must provide students with interim and final control questions at least 10 days before the intermediate and final control.
6. Interim control is carried out during the semester (during the lesson) during training sessions to assess the students' knowledge and practical skills upon completion of the relevant work program.
7. The type of intermediate control can be carried out up to 2 times according to the nature of the science on each subject.
8. The form and duration of the intermediate control type are determined by the relevant department in coordination with the teaching-methodical department, depending on the nature of the subject and the hours allocated for the subject.
9. Tasks of the intermediate form of control are developed by professors and teachers of the corresponding chair and confirmed by the head of the department.
10. During the semester, the volume of training sessions is 2 academic hours per week (36 hours or less in the semester). At least 60-70% of the interim control program will be administered after training.
10.1. During the semester, the volume of training sessions is 4 academic hours per week (if the hours of study are more than 36 hours).
11. Tasks of the intermediate and final control types are developed by the professor-teachers of the department and approved by the head of the department and the envelope is sealed and sealed after the quality control is checked and checked at the required level. and will be transferred to the educational-methodical department for storage. Intermediate and final control assignments in the form of test questions must be submitted electronically and in paper form.
11.1. The content of the assignment assignments must provide an objective (objective) and accurate assessment of student development.
12. The student will be required to carry out practical, seminar, laboratory and independent work assignments, as well as his / her activity in the course. Students' knowledge assessment is based on the following criteria:
- The student is able to make independent conclusions and decisions, to think creatively, to think independently, apply knowledge, to understand the essence of the subject, to know, to express, to express and to know about science - 5 (excellent) marks;
- Students can independently apply their knowledge, understand the essence of the subject (subject), know, describe, relate it and when it is considered to be a science (subject) - 4 (good) grade;
- The student can apply the knowledge he / she is practicing
- The student can apply the knowledge he / she is practicing, understanding, knowing, describing, describing the subject / subject, and when he / she has an idea of ​​science (subject) - 3 (satisfactory);
- The student does not master the program of science, understands the essence of the subject and is judged to be unscientific in the subject - 2 (unsatisfactory).
When evaluating the student's intermediate supervision, the assessment of the student during his studies is taken into account.
13. The final control is carried out in order to determine the degree of mastering the theoretical knowledge and practical skills of the student in the end of the semester.
14. The form of the final control is determined by the Department of Applied Mathematics in coordination with the department.
15. Final control is carried out in consultation with the educational-methodical department in accordance with the schedule of final control, developed by the dean of the faculty and approved by the vice-rector for educational and educational work.
III. Evaluating students' knowledge
16. Assessment of students' knowledge is carried out in 5 pricing systems. Final evaluation is carried out on a 100-point scale and is implemented in five pricing systems (according to the Table 1 of the Ranking appendix in accordance with the Korean system).
17. Conducting the intermediate form of control and assessing the student's knowledge of this type of control is carried out by the professor-teacher who conducts relevant courses.
18. The type of final control and assessment of the student's knowledge of this type of control is carried out by the commission approved by the Vice-Rector for Educational and Educational Affairs of the University.
19. It is forbidden to take part in carrying out the final control of the professor-teacher who conducts training on the relevant subject.
20. The structure of the Commission is formed by the educational-methodical department among professors and teachers of corresponding professions and specialists of the sphere. The Commission may also include teachers of relevant subjects at other higher education institutions upon agreement.
21. The Commission reviews and evaluates the final (written) work under the supervision of the teaching and methodical department.
22. Final control is monitored and recorded by video surveillance. In the process of final control, representatives of parents, youth unions, employers' organizations can act as observers.
23. Students are enrolled on the basis of the ID card (passport).
24. The control of the species is constantly being studied by the University Quality Control Department. In this case, in cases of detection of the violation of the order of control, the results of the control can be reversed and the appropriate control may be reversed.
25. The student must complete the midterm course and course work (if they are taught in the subject matter) until the date of the final control of the subject matter. A student who fails to take the interim control or the first course of a course can have a maximum of two terms before the first final supervision.
26. A student who has not submitted a type of interim control and is assessed as "2" (poorly) by this type of control is not included in the final control.
27. The student who is not included into the final control or not included in the type of control, as well as by the "2" (unsatisfactory) rating of this type of control is considered academic debtor.
28. If the student fails to enter an arbitrary and (or) final control type for an excuse, the re-assignment of the student's control is authorized by the dean's decree.
29. It is not allowed to conduct the final control of more than one subject per day. Final control types must be at least 2 days.
30. Students who do not have a graduation course are eligible for a student who has academic debt to a student up to one academic year in the case of academic debt (science) in 3 undergraduate (s) and 3 undergraduate (s) (s) for a period of one month from the beginning of the new academic year for.
30.1. Students who have 4 academic or 4 academic degrees are not allowed to resend and are not allowed to leave the university rector's order.
31. The number of applications submitted by the student for a period of time for returning the type of interim and (or) final control to the student should not be more than two times.
31.1. If the student fails to pass the interim and (or) final control for the first time, the dean of the faculty, in consultation with the teaching and methodical department, shall form a commission. The structure of the Commission will be formed from the professors and teachers of related disciplines.
31.2. The second stage of the interim and (or) final control and assessment of the student is carried out by the commission.
32. The dean of faculty can notify the rector of the university, who can not present the existing debt during the given term and this student is dismissed on the order of the rector.
33. In cases where the student is absent from an internship for an excuse and also assessed by a "2" (unsatisfactory) assessment as a result of an internship, he / she is considered an academic debtor and is disqualified from the course.
34. The student who has not been enrolled in the course will be required to complete the semester based on the approved curriculum for the relevant semester of the current academic year on contractual basis.
35. Students who are dissatisfied with the results of the evaluation, have the right to appeal the Appellation Commission, which is established by the Educational and Methodological Division.
36. The composition of the Appeals Commission includes a chairman of the commission and at least four members from among the professors-teachers who are not involved in the evaluation of the student.
37. If the student is dissatisfied with the evaluation, the result of the assessment may be appealed within 24 hours from the date of publication. The appellate appeal must be reviewed by the Appeal Commission within 2 days.
38. The student has the right to participate in the consideration of the student's appeal.
39. The Appellate Commission shall consider the appeal of the student and make the relevant decision on the outcome. The decision indicates that the student has mastered or failed to apply the relevant science.
40. The Appeal Committee shall ensure that the relevant decision is made to dean of the faculty and to the student.
IV. Record the results of evaluation
41. Assessment of students' knowledge is recorded in the accounting journal of the students (hereinafter referred to as the Journal) by the professor-teacher in the relevant subject. In addition, the professor-teacher is required to carry out the assessment of students' knowledge in the electronic system.
42. Professor-teacher records the student's grades in the journal on the same day. If the assessment of the student's knowledge is carried out in the form of a written job, the professor-teacher must register the results of the students for no more than 3 days.
43. It is not permissible to re-submit the type of control when evaluating the student with type "3" (satisfactory) or "4" (good) or "5" (excellent).
44. In the event that the student type of supervision is absent for excuse reasons the sign "0" shall be written.
45. The journal is signed by professor-teacher, dean of faculty and deputy dean, who conducts training courses on the subject and is stored in dean's office. The Dean of the faculty is responsible for maintaining the journal.
46. ​​The results of the final examinations carried out by the Commission shall be recorded by the teacher and must be recorded on the student's Evaluation Book.
47. The grade or mark is not written to the student's Evaluation Book in cases where the student's knowledge of the final control type is rated as "2" (malformed) or if "0" is displayed on the journal.
48. The Dean of the faculty and the professor-teacher are responsible for timely, accurate and complete maintenance of the journal, as well as unreasonable changes in its rating and other information.
49. The student who has been awarded with the grade "3" (satisfactory) or "4" (good) or "5" (excellent) according to the study curriculum according to the relevant academic year, and will be converted to the next course.
50. Assessment results are discussed regularly at department meetings, faculties and university councils, and according to the results of the study the name of the science with a low index is determined by the list of professor-teachers to the university administration.
